Open the check-up →Material + labor math for concrete, framing, roofing squares, paint, siding, and drywall — and more. Run them right here, get the count, area, or cost instantly, and email yourself the estimate. No account.
Open the calculators →Drop a zip, set a radius, get a clean coverage map. Paste the embed into your site or screenshot it for the next proposal. Built for plumbers, HVAC, landscapers, and roofers who keep getting asked 'do you come out this far?' Not live yet — request access and I'll set yours up.
Request access →Watch how fast your site really feels to visitors — load speed, tap speed, and how steady the page stays — measured on real visitor visits through Cloudflare. Daily numbers, weekly email report. Not live yet — request access and I'll set up monitoring for your site by hand.
Request access →Every tool on this page started as something I built for a paying client, then opened up because the next operator was going to need it too. The speed check-up came out of having to score 50+ URLs by hand during site check-ups. The construction calculators came from estimators redoing the same concrete, framing, and roofing math on a legal pad job after job. The service-area map came from a roofer in Oneida County who kept getting asked if he covered Camden, and the speed monitor from watching a client's homepage quietly drop from 1.2s to 4.8s over six months with no one noticing until a customer complained — those last two aren't live yet, so they're marked that way. None of these are loss-leaders for a Series B raise. Built and maintained by one operator in Rome, NY — email reaches a human, one click unsubscribes.
