Q · 02 What's NOT included in the Studio Build?
E-commerce stores (use Shopify), enterprise compliance work (SOC 2, HIPAA), and ongoing visibility work past the first 3 months of fast, worldwide hosting. The build is the site; local visibility is separate, from $99/mo (Growth $150/mo) if you want it. Some clients only need the site — the build is fine on its own.
Q · 03 How does the 60-day VertaFlow free work?
On a Studio Build or Bundle, you get 60 days of VertaFlow Pro ($19/mo tier) free — wired into the site on launch day. After the free period ends, billing starts automatically at the Pro rate. You can downgrade to the free tier any time, no penalty.
Q · 04 Can I cancel VertaFlow mid-month?
Yes. Month-to-month means month-to-month. Cancel any time, the subscription ends at the next billing date, and you can export every lead the widget captured as CSV. The data is yours.
Q · 05 Do you offer payment plans on the Studio Build?
Yes. Choose $999 once or split the same Fast Track build into 3 monthly payments of $350. Larger custom scopes get a fixed written price before work starts.
