You can. VertaFlow's free tier lets you spin up a single workspace in 10 minutes. Onboarding is for agencies running 5+ sites who want pipelines, routing, and Power Lister all wired up correctly the first time. Most self-serve agencies end up needing this engagement in month two anyway.
Q · 02 Is VertaFlow included in the price?
Onboarding covers setup labor only. VertaFlow itself is billed monthly through vertaflow.io — typically $79/mo (Starter) or $199/mo (Multi-Site) for agencies. First 60 days free if you onboard with us.
Q · 03 What about HubSpot / Pipedrive / GoHighLevel migrations?
Included. We export your existing pipeline, map the fields, and import into VertaFlow. The 14-day engagement assumes one migration; additional sources are billed at $300/each.
