Multi-Site Management
Agency tier — manage 10+ client properties from one cockpit.
The problem
Agency operators running 10+ client websites end up doing the same work 10 times — separate speed-score runs, separate listing tools, separate client portals, separate invoices. By 25 clients you're spending more time on busywork than on the work clients actually pay for. Most agency software solves one of these problems and ignores the rest.
How we fix it
Multi-Site is the control center: every client site watched from one dashboard, bulk speed-score and listing runs, per-client lead routing, white-label client portal (your branding, your domain, your name on invoices). One PDF per client, monthly, built for you automatically. The agency math: 25 clients × 6 hrs/month of busywork saved = a full-time hire's worth of time back at $199/mo total. It pays for itself by week two.
Where this lives across the umbrella

Plain answers, no marketing speak.
Q · 01 Do I have to migrate my existing CRM?
No — Multi-Site can run alongside HubSpot, Pipedrive, or whatever you already have. Most agencies keep their internal CRM for deal flow and use Multi-Site purely for the client-facing portal + bulk reporting. If you want a full migration, see VertaFlow Onboarding.
Q · 02 What's the difference between $199 and $499?
$199 covers up to 25 client sites. $499 is unlimited sites + advanced features (per-client billing automation, custom domain on the portal, API access). Most agencies start at $199 and upgrade once they cross 20 sites.
Q · 03 Is this resellable?
Yes — the white-label portal is the point. Your clients see your branding, your domain, your name on the invoices. VertaFlow stays in the back office. Reseller pricing is the same as the agency tier; you set your own client-facing price.
